Feminine Dimensions in Meditation
Friday, April 16, 2021. 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM EST (New York)
Let’s journey together through an embodied meditative experience, the magic of the feminine. This class will invoke a deeply lunar and meditative experience. Ardas’s teaching comes alive in the space where science and spirituality meet. Where time and space bend, and healing one point in time affects healing in all points in time. As physics states, energy can neither be created nor destroyed, but it can change form. Our work together is alchemical and transformational. Enjoy these meditations curated for you to feel the healing and transform.
1.5 hour long meditation class with commentary and attend live for the in person experience or watch and participate in the replay one week later with the video.

Priestessing the New Paradigm: Sisterhood Rise!
Meets every week on Wednesdays: April 28, May 5 & 12, 2021. 2:00-3:30 PM EST (New York)
As women, we’re living in very exciting times. Sages predicted that in the Aquarian Age women will lead and be equal to men, and the Sacred Feminine will emerge in our consciousness in all different and creative ways. This shift is happening and as sisters, all women and those who identify as women rise together.
-A more sacred sense of your own body energy and your body as a temple of divine, co-creating feminine energy.
-Identifying the original patriarchal and oppressive “womb wound” that’s holding you back from showing up as a “sister.”
-Ways to conquer your woman’s mind and apply your female brain to your highest destiny during these challenging times.
-Priestessing your own female lineage that makes you the Goddess that you are today. -Understanding how your own “womb medicine” is tied to your ancestral fear and family trauma–learning to let them go.
-Your womb knows: Setting healthy and creative boundaries around your relationships with a strong “No” and an enthusiastic “Yes.”
On the Mat: Leveling UP: Rebirthing with Sat Siri
Saturday & Sunday, April 24 & 25 2021. 7:00-10:00 PM EST (New York)
From Sat Siri:
It’s an intense time.
Let’s come together to help ourselves and each other clear heavy emotions, like anger and sorrow and pain we’ve been carrying.
Sometimes it’s our own pain that has been heavy to carry, and sometimes we are also carrying the pain of our birth and the pain of our ancestors too.
It is time to lay it down.
It is time for a deep softening.
No more armoring up.
The warrior in all of us is tired.
These two sessions will be deep, with Kriya, pranayam, meditation and time to share. Please join me so we can rebirth ourselves together at this time. 🌟🌟🌟

The Call of the Warrior Sage: Sikhi and Social Justice
Starts: May 21 & 28, 2021 and June 4 & 11, 2021 at 12pm EST (New York)
This urgent moment is calling for change. What role will you play? We invite you to join us for this four-part series as we discuss See No Stranger: A Memoir and Manifesto of Revolutionary Love. In this text Valarie Kaur presents revolutionary love as the call of our time–as a radical choice to enter into labor for others, opponents and ourselves in order to transform the world around us. It offers an orientation to life that is personal and political, rooted in the Sikh practices of the Warrior Sage. Revolutionary Love calls us to be brave as we fight for the dignity of all life. It engages our meditative minds, deepest wisdom and our emotions – wonder, grief, rage, and joy – to reimagine our relationships, communities and institutions. It takes us on the path toward reconciliation by reminding us “Forgiveness is not forgetting. Forgiveness is freedom from hate.”
